Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
  • Pulse in butter, vanilla, and maple syrup until a dough forms.
  • Remove the blade and stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
  • Scoop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350°F for 7–10 minutes.
