How to Make Peach Pie Popsicles
Make sure you have popsicle molds on hand. This recipe is prepared in two main steps.
Step one: Prepare the peach pie filling. Slice the peaches and cook them with butter, key lime juice, sugars, salt, and cinnamon until they soften and the mixture thickens into a jammy filling.
Step two: Let the peach mixture cool slightly, then blend it with the cream in a food processor until smooth. Pour the mixture into molds and freeze until solid.

Ingredients
- 4 Medium-Large Peaches
- 4 TBS Unsalted butter, cut into small cubes(55 g / 2 oz)
- 1/2 small Juice of Key lime
- 1/3 Cup Sugar(70 g / 2.5 oz)
- 1/2 Cup Light Brown Raw Cane Sugar(100 g / 3.5 oz)
- 2 TBS Powdered Raw Cane Sugar(25 g / 1 oz)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Plant base heavy whipping cream
Instructions

Peel (optional) and slice the peaches into 1/2″ wedges. Place them in a wide saucepan.

Add the butter and cook over medium heat until melted, about 2–3 minutes. Stir in the key lime juice.

In a bowl, combine granulated sugar, light brown sugar, powdered sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add to the peaches and allow the sugars to dissolve.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
