How to Make Crock Pot Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

  • 2.5 pounds baby red potatoes
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
  • 1 (10 oz) can cheddar cheese soup
  • ½ cup milk

  2. Stir the ingredients to combine evenly.
  3. Cover the crock pot opening with a triple layer of paper towels, then place the lid on top (this helps absorb excess moisture).
  4. Cook on High for 4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
  5. If desired, sprinkle additional shredded cheese over the top, cover briefly, and allow the cheese to melt before serving.
