I have a soft spot for magical creatures — fairies are my favorite, but unicorns, mermaids and even gnomes hold a special place in my heart. So I was excited when HALLU sent a selection from their new bath and shower collections now available at Walmart to try for myself.
HALLU offers four whimsical collections: Fairy, Unicorn, Mermaid and Gnome. Each collection features a distinct fragrance profile, and you can mix and match items to create a personalized, ethereal bath experience.
These collections are stocked in the beauty section at Walmart and are affordably priced, typically ranging from $3.97 to $4.97 per item. Common items across the collections include:
- giant floating bath bombs
- body scrub
- scrub & body butter bar
- body mist
- a unique body lotion
The scents are delightful. My personal favorite is the Unicorn scent — light, airy and tropical with floral fruit notes that feel fresh and fun. The unicorn bath bomb is rainbow-colored and dissolves into swirls of color across the water, which my college-age daughter absolutely adores, especially the rainbow sugar scrubs.
The unicorn, mermaid and fairy bath bombs are particularly impressive. Each one fizzes and releases vibrant color as it dissolves; the fairy bath bomb adds a bit of shimmer thanks to its glitter, while the gnome bath bomb includes a pumice stone that’s useful for removing callused skin.
Each collection offers a specially formulated scrub for use in the bath or shower, plus a scrub & body butter bar. The bars are artisan-poured and have rich, long-lasting fragrances that make them a joy to use.
Body mists are another favorite in our house. Each mist is packaged to match its theme, and the fairy and unicorn sprays include a touch of glitter for extra sparkle. They’re light, refreshing and great for a quick scent boost.
My top pick from the line is the body lotion. The unicorn and fairy lotions are whipped foams with a mousse-like texture that absorb quickly and feel especially soothing after shaving. They leave skin soft without greasy residue.
