How Do You Make These Out-of-This-World Cookies?
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, beat the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, beating until well combined.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, hot cocoa mix, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallow bits and chocolate chips.
- Using a small ice cream scoop, portion dough and roll into balls with your hands.
- Gently flatten each ball into a round disc on the prepared sheet.
