Creamy Caramelized Onion Dip Recipe for Parties and Snacks

When I eat dip, I don’t skimp. My veggies, chips, or whatever I’m dipping needs to come away loaded with big spoonfuls of flavor.

After trying different variations in the kitchen, I landed on a simple, delicious Caramelized Onion Dip that’s rich and satisfying yet light—just 2 Weight Watchers Points for a half cup. Using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream keeps the fat and calories down while adding protein and probiotics, and caramelizing the onions gives the dip deep, sweet flavor and a lovely texture.

This recipe is easy enough for regular snacking and is perfect for game days—definitely one to include on a Weight Watchers Super Bowl menu. I make it often for guilt-free late-night munching.
