How Do You Make These Out-of-This-World Cookies?

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, beating until well combined.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, hot cocoa mix, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mini marshmallow bits and chocolate chips.
