Homemade Salted Caramel Frappuccino Recipe – my favorite coffee shop drink made lighter at home. Quick, simple, and absolutely delicious.

These past few days in Kansas have been gorgeous: sunny mornings, upper 70s, and a light breeze. Warm weather makes me crave iced coffee with a tall crown of whipped cream and a generous drizzle of caramel. Making this frappuccino at home is easier, faster, and less expensive than a trip to a coffee shop, and it tastes just as good.

I love sipping this frappe on the patio while reading a book and watching the kids play in the yard. No traffic, no line—just a relaxing drink and fresh air. Pair it with an easy slow-cooker dinner and you’ve got a peaceful afternoon in the sunshine.

This frappuccino is made in under a minute: about 40 seconds on high in the blender plus a few seconds to top it with whipped cream and caramel. I blend ice, strong coffee, half-and-half, caramel sauce, and a touch of vanilla for a creamy, balanced drink. It’s not overly sweet—adjust the caramel to your taste, or use coconut whipped cream for a lighter option. Most importantly, enjoy it outdoors when you can.
